Another type of interesting Halloween movie are the ones directed at kids. There is usually more to these movies than this aspect, though. There are usually elements to the plot that may be interesting to young adults and maybe even adults. Examples of these include titles such as Casper, Monster House, and It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. All of these have generic entertainment for younger children, but there may be lessons and references more mature audiences will understand. These films are also really nostalgic. They were a big part of our childhoods around this time. It is fun to watch them over again when we’re older because some of them are quite odd. For example, Monster House has a few questionable elements that added to the oddity of the film. This Halloween, you all should try and watch a few Halloween movies you liked when you were younger. It might be a nostalgia trip, or you could notice things that went over your head as a kid. I am definitely going to watch a few of them this season.
